WHO WE ARE
Veterans Floors Inc., located in Rockford, Illinois, is a sports floor refinisher providing sanding, painting, custom logos and artwork, serving Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, Eastern Iowa and Western Indiana.
In 2011, Msgt. Larry Clucas, USAF Ret., founded Veterans Floors Inc., instilling the company with the principles he gained during his 22 years of military service in the Air Force.
"My military service gave me the self-discipline, work ethic, and management skills necessary to succeed in business. I learned to take great pride in every project no matter how small or large, and to serve all."
Larry passed the torch of Veterans Floors to his daughter, Michelle, and son-in-law, Tyler Christer, in March 2025.
Since 2015, Tyler has headed the sanding crew, and in 2017, Michelle took on the role of office manager, as well as, joining the paint crew at Veterans Floors.
Tyler and Michelle are eager to continue providing the exceptional service and quality our customers expect.
